"The anatomy of kundalini involves three channels of energy known as the ida, pingala, and sushumna, or left, right, and central channels, respectively. The feminine energy travels the left channel, and the male energy travels the right channel. When the person experiencing Kundalini has successfully balanced the right and left channels of energy, the equalized polarity will then cause the energy to travel through the central channel.
